SBS Gayo Deajeon, the end of year music festival held at Christmas night every year, has just been closed by BTS. For the intercom communication of this large show, Genie’s 12 x IP beltpacks and 37 x wireless beltpacks were used by camera, stage, operation, audio, light and security teams. And IP speaker station was used at mixing room. Two antennas were deployed to cover all the required coverages in Gocheok Sky Dome where is well known as one of the most challengeable venue due to thousands of WIFIs and, another two antennas without signals for a back up solution. Genie is a hybrid and an incredibly efficient intercom system that enables both PoE Wired + Wireless connections with only a single base station. This show is just a history of LaON’s evolution. At the early stage, LT550 system was used, then LT750 Expert system and now finally Genie for both wired and wireless. What will be coming for the next? :) We are so happy to spend Christmas with all together and support this major show every year.
